Our products have their own terms. If you sign up for OctoReception or OctoMail, the OctoReception terms or the OctoMail terms apply to that product. Custom agent and consulting work is covered by the agreement we sign with you for that project.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about OctoAIverse, try the live demo and contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break or overload the site, no automated use of the demo, and nothing unlawful.

The live demo

The demo is a short conversation with an AI agent, for evaluation only. Calls are limited in length and number. The agent can make mistakes, and nothing it says is an offer, a quote or a commitment from OctoAIverse. Do not share sensitive personal information during a demo call.

Prices and information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, including prices. Prices for our products are set on each product's own site at the time you sign up. Consulting and custom agent work is priced in the proposal we send you.

Intellectual property

This site, including its text, design and the octopus mark, belongs to OctoAIverse. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission, except as the law allows.

Links to other sites

This site links to our product sites and to other websites. Each of those sites has its own terms.

Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoAIverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
