Who builds it

OctoAIverse is founder-built. Said Zaripov designed, built and runs every part of it, from the agent engine to OctoReception, OctoMail, the client portal and billing. He has shipped native iOS apps since 2015, ran IT for a multi-site company in Ottawa, and co-founded HandyMate, a home-services marketplace.

The platform

Our agents run on Vapi for voice, Twilio for phone numbers and messaging, the WhatsApp Business Platform, and Claude and OpenAI models. We choose the stack for each client and manage it end to end.

Where our clients are

We are based in Ottawa, Canada. Our agents have worked for clients in Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Cyprus, from a casino in Montreal to Formula 1 ticket sales in Abu Dhabi, in English and Arabic.
